SetMouseCallback

Postby harry » Sun Aug 24, 2008 2:02 pm

Hi Canming!

I want to use cvSetMouseCallback (highGUI) in my program, but I don't know if it's possible to implement it in EMGU CV because you have to pass a "Pointer to the function to be called every time mouse event occurs in the specified window". I don't know how it should work with a C# function.

Could you tell me if you can implement SetMouseCallback in EMGU CV? Alternatively, how can I get the actual position of the mouse on an EMGU ImageBox or a PictureBox? Then I can use the mouse events to do the same things as with SetMouseCallback.

Hi!

I have found a solution to get the mouse position on an ImageBox. So I don't need cvSetMouseCallback anymore. The solution was closer than I expected ;) .

That's great you find out yourself.

A example might be the Emgu Image box, when right click->property, it capture the mouse position and display the pixel value where the mouse is located.
