Parameters

src: Type: Emgu.CVIInputArray
The source CudaImage.
dst: Type: Emgu.CVIOutputArray
The destination CudaImage, should have 2x smaller width and height than the source.
stream (Optional): Type: Emgu.CV.CudaStream
Use a Stream to call the function asynchronously (non-blocking) or null to call the function synchronously (blocking).
